适配dex文件格式 037 工作量大不大 #1722

hello，想问下适配dex 037 格式版本，请教下这个工作量大不大

minSDK >= 24 直接导致dex文件格式升级为037，目前好像只支持035

+1 应用的minSDK 必须 >= 24 的时候，热修复没效果
