bash: wepy: command not found #1805

Description

在git bash下面运行了npm install wepy-cli -g，后面运行wepy命令报错bash: wepy: command not found

Environment

Platform: windows 10
wepy-cli version: wepy-cli -v 1.7.3

Reproduce

在git bash下面运行了npm install wepy-cli -g

然后wepy -v

Observed Results

在安装完 wepy-cli 之后，无法识别 wepy 命令

babel -v
