Fig3D graph attention weight calculation method #4

As a beginner, I can't understand Fig3D graph attention weight calculation method. I can't find relevant information in the method and code of the article. May I ask how it was calculated? Or what model is used?

Thank you for your interest in our work. We utilized the Integrated Gradients method to explain our network. It is implemented referring to https://github.com/hiranumn/IntegratedGradients/blob/master/IntegratedGradients.py.
