Hi, this is great work integrating gene reads with spatial information. May I know if your group has any plans to open the model code of cell_type_annotation_model?

Hi, sorry for taking so much time to answer. We are now working on further development of spatial-ID, source code of the model and the training part will be opensource after it's done.
