Great job! Sorry, I noticed that there doesn't seem to be a .py file for stereo-seq in the code. Could you provide the processing workflow for stereo-seq? And I'm an R user and not very proficient in using Python. If I want to use this method for annotating stereo-seq data, could you please provide detailed usage instructions? For example, the specific input data format for spatial data, the input format for reference data, and the way for running it. If possible, I believe this method will be used by more people.
