连接 TKE 报错：Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp: lookup ***.ccs.tencent-cloud.com on 127.0.0.53:53: no such host。

发现腾讯云官网公告：

为符合平台对于安全合规的要求，且提升腾讯云容器服务集群访问的安全性及稳定性，cls-xxx.ccs.tencent-cloud.com 域名将于北京时间2022年8月10日正式下线。
