data: Mark release descriptions as untranslatable #152

GNOME automatically excludes release descriptions on Damned Lies (GNOME Translation Platform). It's a good practice to follow the GNOME way.

This can streamline the translation process, allowing translators to focus their efforts on more critical and user-facing aspects of the application.

Also update the POT file.

Link Height tasks by mentioning a task ID in the pull request title or commit messages, or description and comments with the keyword link (e.g. "Link T-123").

💡Tip: You can also use "Close T-X" to automatically close a task when the pull request is merged.

Hey @sabriunal! Thank you for mentioning that. My experience comes from other stores like mobile and Windows which provide a way to supply translated release notes. While I do not fully agree with GNOME's way in every case, it's not a place to discuss it.
