[Bug] Broken thumbnail for non-Latin characters #54

Non-Latin thumbnails should work correctly.

@kdwk What language do you use? I'm Russian so I test it on non-Latin but seems like it is not enough. Actually, it has to get the system language... Anyway, I'll check it, thank you!

The highlighted file is in Chinese. The file name is displayed correctly, but the thumbnail is broken.
