Update Installation Guide #245

Installation Guide needs to be updated so that this Tendrl Milestone can be installed by members of wider Tendrl community.

@Tendrl/tendrl-core please add this into https://github.com/Tendrl/specifications/milestone/3

It will happen this way: https://github.com/Tendrl/documentation/wiki/Tendrl-Package-Installation-Reference is already updated with installation instructions for the milestone (so we don't need to add it into the milestone tracker now), and when the release is done, we will snapshot Install Guide for this particular release.
