Fix context switcher CSS issue #1065

After upgrading to the latest patternfly version i.e. 3.51.1, css of the context switcher seems to be broken.

@TimothyAsirJeyasing Please note that one new npm package has been added in the UI for context selector plugin i.e. "bootstrap-select": "1.12.2" and patternfly version has been from v3.29.13 to v3.51.1
