Web Interface [Error] #17

Good day, I installed the app from Cydia, but I'm not getting a working link in 
the web interface. All I get is the below:
http://[Error]:12345/
Can you please assist? Should the web interface be opened from within the phone 
or through another device (computer browser)?

Solved. Turned out that the device was not connected to any network.
