Refactor `MMAPModel` such that it takes the query vars instead of the marginalzed vars #40

This way we are more consistent with the MMAP UAI format which specifies the query vars instead of the marginalized vars. See: https://uaicompetition.github.io/uci-2022/file-formats/query-format/
