BLIS Link Tensor Software Benchmarks #42

In the software benchmarks section (https://tensornetwork.org/benchmarks/), in the table of GFLOPS/s, should it be "BLIS" or "TBLIS" (with corresponding links)?

It's been a while since those benchmarks were made, but judging from the associated Python script and the plot legend, I believe "BLIS" should really refer to "TBLIS", and the corresponding link also be updated to point to the TBLIS project.
