im running windows 10 and its in a venv and i had to manually install many of the packages because one of them kept failing to build but it worked fine when manually installed but a bunch kept trying to reinstall it then i had to change things in the example to get them to work and now its saying that create_target_machine() got an unexpected keyword argument 'jitdebug' so something is obviously broken
