Two main end goals:

Both should use or replicate the behavior of the new directory system in mobile 3.0.

Users would need to be logged in to use this feature. Consider requiring TouchPoint login.

This feature isn't really feasible in an efficient way without TouchPoint opening their API for this purpose.
