Adding Theme Toggler

The website lack a good theme toggler

I want to add a theme toggler that switches between the theme of the website from current Dark to Light theme and vice versa

I have previously applied the theme toggle button feature in many website, and I am experienced doing such tasks please assign me this under gssoc-ext, level1, hacktoberfest

we are not planning on integrating light mode so closing this issue as not planned
