It would be nice to add option of admin approval of registration #73

At the moment the user is activated after following the link from the 
confirmation e-mail. Would it be possible to postpone activation until admin's 
decision. The scheme I have in mind is 

1) User chooses a nickname and provides an e-mail
2) Receives an activation link by e-mail
3) Follows the link and enters a password
4) Waits for the admin's approval. 
5) After approval gets full access to the site.
