这里的 marks 数组表示图像中 parking-slot marking-points 的坐标，slots 数组表示 parking-slots，其中每个元素的值分别是组成这个 parking-slot 的两个 marking-point 的 index，parking-slot 的类型，以及 parking-slot 的角度。
