Fetch script crashes for non-periodic systems #3

The function for calculating pair-wise distances currently requires lattice vectors to be available, which results in crashes for non-periodic systems: https://github.com/Teoroo-CMC/CCS/blob/bbbcd65c263254d1fd3db3717e8b84ea8ddcebd7/ccs/scripts/ccs_fetch.py#L18-L40
