Campaign photo #58

Request from Shriya, 8/8:

can we have a campaign photograph (which isnt just a collection of the mikroacts?) For example right now we want to add an image for the campaign and then people can add their mikroacts to it as they do them but it seems we can't.

And it just looks blank: http://ru.mikroact.org/campaign/

Would be great so that people get encouraged to do their interventions!

Not a bad idea, but I still like the "mosaic of photos" idea. Maybe we could combine both? Have half the collective tile as the uploaded photo and the other half made up of user photos.

@danselden what do you think?

I think there we can just add a mix of photos.. Or perhaps use an uploaded one until there are enough to fill the mosaic. I'm out for the day but can chime in and hook up the conditional this weekend.

I'll have to do a big pull as well as I think I'm pretty far behind on the build.
