xmodem send and return isu

When *.bin file is transmitted to xmodem, in the example, when ACK (0x02) or NACK (0x15) receives a reply after one packet is transmitted, the next packet is transmitted, but the next packet is transmitted without any reply in my case. So when I checked my log file, the transmitted packet is being answered as it is. I want to know if this is a circuit problem or a setting problem within the teraterm. The current connection status uses serial connection, and the settings are as follows: 57600bps / 8bit / even parity / stop bit - 1bit / not use flow control
