It is difficult to figure out which version of QBT you are running #6

We should add a qbt --version flag or something to that effect. Because , getting the meta SHA into qbt is not feasible, but getting the CV of meta_tools.release should suffice. Getting qbt.app.main's CV in there too might also be nice.

@amling has suggested a rewrite for the currently proposed change. Now that we have a unified build process for all java packages, let's just stamp the jars during the gradle build (possibly honoring a custom tag via qbt_env) and have the version command read that. I'll take a second pass at it.
