Description

Knapsack documentation updated for checkbox component.

What's included?

Added missing properties from mwc documentation.
Added descriptions for properties.
Added events and document references.

Test Steps

[x] Run 'start' task in NX console for the knapsack folder
[x] Open the localhost url
[x] Navigate to Components/Checkbox

General Tests for Every PR

[x] npm run start still works.
[x] npm run lint passes.
[x] npm run stylelint passes.
[x] npm test passes and code coverage is not lower.
[x] npm run build still works.
