Description

Updated the knapsack docs for web components. Fixed the style issues for badge component.

What's included?

Components updated are:
- Chip
- Circular progress
- Dialog
- Empty state
- Expansion panel
- Form field
- Icon
- Icon button
Fix for the style issues in badge component

Test Steps

[x] Run start for knapsack using nx console
[x] Open the localhost url
[x] Test the changes

General Tests for Every PR

[x] npm run start still works.
[x] npm run lint passes.
[x] npm run stylelint passes.
[x] npm test passes and code coverage is not lower.
[x] npm run build still works.
