Updated knapsack documentation for web components.

What's included?

Updated the documentation for:

Slider
Snackbar
Status header
Switch
Tabs
Toolbar
Tooltip
Top app bar

Test Steps

[x] Run the start task for knapsack in nx console
[x] Open the localhost url for knapsack
[x] View the documentation for the mentioned components

General Tests for Every PR

[x] npm run start still works.
[x] npm run lint passes.
[x] npm run stylelint passes.
[x] npm test passes and code coverage is not lower.
[x] npm run build still works.
