Decision Forest- Parkinson's Prediction #125

This was originally Parkinson's however we couldn't get good predictions and the performance was unsatisfactory. New use case being sought. The original description:

This is an analysis of biomedical voice measurements from 31 people, 23 with Parkinson's disease (PD). Each column in the table is a particular voice measure, and each row corresponds one of 195 voice recording from these individuals ("name" column).

Reviewed latest copy ... looks much better. Sent e-mail on 2/9 with areas we need to improve comments, question on whether we could improve performance after column reduction leveraging columnar.
