Rename ESG notebook to Carbon Footprint Analytics #170

[9:32 AM] Twogood, Chris Can you change the name to Carbon Footprint Analytics?  Not ESG?

I believe all that is required is to switch to main, do a pull request to ensure you are up-to-date, then do renames on your machine and commit, push, and create a pull request. Do a quick review of content. OK to say it is part of ESG but the focus of naming should be as Chris requested.

Renamed the folder and notebook a CarbonFootprintAnalytics ; did not change the database name https://github.com/Teradata/jupyter-demos/pull/174
