The notebook executed from top to bottom. I'm going to merge it. My only question is why is it showing me properties when I asked it "How much mortgage can I afford?" After entering my numbers, I get this result: Based on your total annual income and affordability criteria, here are the top 3 properties you may consider:

PropertyID: 1351088

Property Type: Unit Building Size: 295 sqm Land Size: 350 sqm Price: $270,000.00 PropertyID: 1351822

Property Type: Apartment Building Size: 85 sqm Land Size: 90 sqm Price: $350,000.00 PropertyID: 1351618

Property Type: Apartment Building Size: 50 sqm Land Size: 60 sqm Price: $490,000.00 Do any of these properties interest you, or would you like to explore more options?
