The notebook executed from top to bottom. I'm going to merge it. My only question is why is it showing me properties when I asked it "How much mortgage can I afford?" After entering my numbers, I get this result: Based on your total annual income and affordability criteria, here are the top 3 properties you may consider:

• @DallasBowden : This is because this chat bot is designed for property search + mortgage calculator. So it is trying to get properties withing your budget. It is designed like, first you have to ask like which are the good properties in Darwin city, then select 1 or 2 property and it will ask mortgage question.
