According to this video and #14 it should be possible to open the windmill's inventory to place/mount the windmill sails on it. Unfortunately, I did not manage to do so and don't know why.
I tried right-click, left-click, and E and none of them opened up a UI.
I'm not sure whether the UI was removed at some point in time or the opening mechanism broke (although I doubt that because it does work for other machines such as the Grinder or the Sifter).
If it was removed on purpose, then it would be interesting to find out, how the windmill sails are intended to be mounted instead.
This issue IMO blocks #14 because I don't know how to reproduce the issue described without being able to mount the windmill sails.
