refactor: merge separate components that indicate flag's team #217

Separate components are used to indicate the team the flag belongs to along with LASTeamComponent. As the usage of several components is unnecessary, all of their usage is merged into a single component. Requires https://github.com/Terasology/LightAndShadowResources/pull/66 to test this.
