Things not 100% working in the new system:

• [ ] picking jobs with no filter (right now a filter has to be specified for the minion to pick the job)
• [ ] build/walk jobs (quick fix, analogous to the deconstruct job)
• [ ] pathfinding - complex paths w/o a straight route. Behaviors related. Likely the reason entities get stuck and WorkBoard complains at times.

Redirected this PR to master instead of v2 as the v2 branch had actually already been built on further and included in master, but lns-tweaks was still separate and waiting.

Creatures seem to take actions better now, but still not very well. Lots of log spam so it may just be that they're thinking too much to then ever get around to doing stable work :D
