Introduces changes to adapt L&S to the new serialization system.
Changes references to PlayerActions specified in the Dialogs module in accordance with Terasology/Dialogs#11
Similar to Terasology/Dialogs#11, removes SetTeamActionTypeHandler and fixes all prefab references to SetTeamAction to follow the new format of using a field called class to store the type of the object. Note that the module specifier is not used for SetTeamAction since it is in the same module as the prefab (L&S).
Testing with the newSerialization branch of Terasology will be much appreciated, but the module may not run because the branch breaks the Tasks module, which L&S depends on. However, it doesn't look like L&S uses anything from Tasks at all as of now, in which case the dependency can be removed from module.txt to prevent any problems.
