Improve Campfire

The particle emitter is currently not removed when the block is destroyed. I don't know why, and I don't have the time to look into this now. Closing this to get done with gestalt migration and have no outstanding open PRs. Might re-open later to bring the particle effects in, together with some lightning for the campfire...
