This adds the assets for the names of Citizens required in Metal Renegades. Related to https://github.com/Terasology/MetalRenegades/pull/49

@agent-q1 thanks for this PR 💚 I'd appreciate if you could rename the files to use "Old West" instead of "Country" as prefix. I've already corrected the code references via suggestions, but unfortunately cannot rename files via the review interface...
