#10: Use Hypertabs for Terbium Browser #11

Addresses #10. This replaces the functions of Terbium browser with the Hypertabs browser (https://github.com/B3ATDROP3R/Hypertabs). Modifications were made to HT so that it functions well within terbium.

TODO: have Hypertabs follow theming TODO: clean up garbage for both Terbium and Hypertabs, so we only package what we need
