Like the title says, it doesnt work, but only on certain characters. I have characters on multiple realms, and I've noticed it works fine on two realms but not my main realm. If I'm playing a character on Azjol-Nerub, it doesnt work, but it works fine on characters on Khaz Modan and Elune. Only thing I can think is maybe the hyphen in Azjol-Nerub messes something up.
