Interupt, cooldowns not showing all players

Make sure the bug also happen when Details! is the only addon enabled.

Combat Log Include a link to a combatlog file if the error is about not detecting a skill, usable item or item proc. The log can be as simple as hitting a mob with white damage and using the item/skill.

Cooldowns, buff uptime and interrupts have been showing only 4 players in M+. My toon always shows but one other toon is dropped. Sometime dps, heals or tank. And before you say maybe they didn't uses any cooldowns, interrups, etc, Warcraft logs show otherwise. Version Details.20240607.12801.156-67-g596d749. Don't remember when exactly it started or when I noticed, maybe last 2 weeks or so.

This time it showed tank but only buff it shows is from the priest, none from tank.
