Blistering Scales - Augment Evoker #839

Blistering Scales damage is attributed to the wearer of the buff, not the Aug Evoker that cast it.

I realize it isnt the fault of the software, but the software could correct it in most cases. I guess a raid with multiple aug evokers it might be difficult.
