Get upload to work #1

Get upload to work via webtorrent. A user should be able to select a file he wants to upload to the server. The website then creates a webtorrent seed for that file and the server connects to it and downloads it.

This is working without any problems in linux. Just windows is making trouble, but I think that has nothing to do with this issue. This is working now
