Create admin panel with limited control over home page or site wide widgets or special promotions. Soft deletes and CRUD for levels, forums tags, forum types ect. Access to user data, graphs for site traffic and user signups.

Change User levels/Forums tags edit page to submit data via ajax, so multiple tags can be edited at the same time without having to reload them.
