Hi, thanks for the feedback! We understand that some of the steps in the use case may seem redundant however:
To give some context, we considered the fact that users may be on a findcc/findp/findc view which may not show the full list. In that case the user would need information about whether the person/contact/concert contact has already been added which is likely what an actual user would do, first to switch back to the full list before adding a new entry to avoid having any error when adding duplicates.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree as when talking about MSS being self contained, it is talking about extensions.
As seen from the course website, the different system such as LearnSys or the Banking app could be in different pages but it does not require them to go to home/start page at every use case stated
In many of the use case in the DG, it states that the user request to list persons/concert before adding them which seems unnecessary since the user does not need information from the list such as index.
Since this is a very small point, it is severity low
