4t5 doesn't seem to be working properly
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the below sim. Avg Starfire hit in the results tab should be ~7575 with a 78% crit rate. If you turn off moonfire and insect swarm in the rotations tab and sim it again, avg Starfire hit goes down to 7400 with a 74.5% crit rate. The hit difference is from the lower crit rating, not the set bonus. If the set bonus was working correctly, you should see a 12%ish decrease, not 2%.
Expected behavior
Starfire should be hitting for somewhere in the 8200 range, not 7500.
