Compatibility with R 3.1.0 for Windows? #63

Running Windows 7 SP1 with R 3.1.0 (32- and 64-bit versions installed)

Zinba build 2.02.03 installed:
    extract tar.gz folder using WinRAR
included directory "zimba", which contains files DESCRIPTION and NAMESPACE and folders man, R, and src, was copied to R libraries folder

Problem occurs when running R and executing "library(zinba)":
Error in library(zinba) : ‘zinba’ is not a valid installed package

Is ZINBA currently compatible with R 3.1.0 for Linux and Mac distributions?

Update: I have tested R 2.10 on the same system and observed the same result,
implying there is no R version dependence, and that the issue may be
compatibility with Windows distributions of R.
