MIDI light show: Sanitize Settings.toml / midi file loading #4

The command line interface is weird to use because you need to have a Settings.toml in your current directory. This makes it annoying to load MIDI files, since the Settings might not be present. Having some sort of default directory like ~/.cache/midi_light_show/Settings.toml might be nice

Light layout can be hard-coded for the time being
