Fix unsupported emojis #70

Some emojis don't render on a Huawei(chromium /android) device which we own:

Let's replace these with emojis that are better supported, and maybe just use text for the numbers

This is due to the given device not being up to date with recent Emoji releases. See for example https://emojipedia.org/emoji-13.0/
