May I ask where can I find the lncRNA data set for training, validation and testing? And how many classes of lncRNA subcellular localization are there in your study?

Hi, currently, we support 4 compartments in lncRNA prediction. lncRNA prediction is much more harder than mRNA, the datasets are not that much to date.
