the parameters listed in the README, such as 'dataset', 'gpu_num' ,do not exist in files 'fine_tuning_deeprbploc_allRNA.py' and 'fine_tuning_deeprbploc_allRNA_prediction.py'. Is there an error or oversight in the code or README?

Thanks for pointing this issue out. It's a version issue. I have replaced the file "fine_tuning_deeprbploc_allRNA_prediction.py" with the original version. You can train the model based on the suggested arguments.
