175 doxygen commands support

This should fix most of #175 and currently the implemented commands are:

Doxygen Commands :

• [x] file
• [x] author
• [x] date
• [x] version
• [x] copyright
• [x] breif - done for entity, missing for processes
• [x] details - done for entity, missing for processes

New Commands :

• [x] title (change the generated document title)
• [x] virtualbus - (supporting dir option for direction and keepports to show vbus only in diagram but keep ports in table)
• [x] portgroup

i think that would also closes https://github.com/TerosTechnology/vscode-terosHDL/issues/46

ready for merge i guess. Just need to update the tests
