[1.12.2] I noticed that with Weather 2 installed, the rain tanks don't seem to collect water during a rainstorm. #85

Could this be fixed?

I do not support 1.12 anymore.

Also, I stopped mod development currently. Not sure when or if I may find time in the future.

of course....hope someone else makes a fork then, it's making my modpack not work as intended.
