Whatever the most recent one is (I can't check rn I'm at school)

I don't have the right blocks to build what I want to build

Your Solution

Add Chipped so we have more blocks and I have the right ones (I would do this myself but I don't know how I should configure it and I need to get like at least 6 other people to do the same thing, one of them being dumber than a KFC bucket of chicken, and I would need to yell at my computer with the server hosting site open)
